IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

In the past, vehicles have accidentally hit the lift when left raised, causing property damage and operational delays.
- CitiPower will be conducting essential underground cable upgrade works along Flinders Lane throughout August and September 2025. This may temporarily affect vehicle and pedestrian access near the property.

One of the best views in Melbourne

They’re substantial benefits to staying in this apartment, but the negatives must be considered, too. The views of the Yarra, CBD and beyond are stunningly good. You won’t tire of outlook: it’s really interesting and beautiful. This view from floor to ceiling windows makes the lounge/ dining area spectacular. It’s also a great location, with the free tram system right on your doorstep and a short walk over the bridge to Southbank. Easy to get around. However, the apartment is tired - in need of some TLC. Crockery and cups are chipped, cracked and mismatched. The towels are on the cheap side. The only toilet is in the one bathroom upstairs. You’ll need earplugs and eye mask if you’re a light sleeper. The upstairs mezzanine is hot. Beds are semi-comfortable. So the question is, how much will you forgive to have that amazing view and great location?
