Stay in a truly exceptional family home in a prestigious residential neighbourhood just minutes from central London. This stunning 7-bedroom residence is one of the few listings of its size in the city. Far beyond a standard holiday rental, it offers all the comforts of a lived-in family home, from a fantastic entertainment space with cinema, bar, pool and table tennis to a garden playground and two home offices.



The Space:

As you walk through the grand front door, on your left you’ll find a large living area with high ceilings, elegant furnishings, and a cosy fireplace that invites you to unwind. On the right, a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen open onto the beautiful back garden. Also on this floor is one of the two home offices, featuring an executive desk and a cosy seating area.



Downstairs in the basement is the entertainment space, with a cinema (complete with a kids’ stage), bar, pool table, and table tennis, as well as a guest bedroom and an additional home office.



Upstairs, you’ll find six comfortable bedrooms, including a beautiful master suite with a freestanding bath and a spacious loft bedroom, plus an additional reading room with a plush sofa and a wall of books.



Guest Access:

As you arrive, you'll be warmly greeted by our staff member who will help you check in and show you around the house. Alternatively, you can enjoy a convenient self-check-in by securely collecting the key right outside the property. Ahead of your arrival, you'll receive detailed guidelines that include all the house rules and everything you need to know.



Getting Around:

The house is just a few minutes away from London’s vibrant city center. In less than a ten-minute walk, you’ll reach one of the major train stations, well-connected to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Plus, regular trains will have you in central London in about ten minutes, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

Please note that this is a family home, not a typical holiday rental. As such, we ask for an extra level of respect and consideration during your stay. The home contains personal belongings, so we appreciate your mindfulness and care.

- Please respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.
