Spacious new 2 bedroom apartment.
The flat comprises of a large open plan kitchen/living area, two bedrooms (both with En-suites) and a large main bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Bedroom 1 has one double bed . Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds. There is free on street parking. It takes approximately 20min to reach the city centre by bus. The area is surrounded by greenery in a quiet neighbourhood. Brilliant views of Arthur seat volcano from the living room. First floor apartment. One set of stairs

This was a lovely flat to stay in. It's about a 15-minute drive to the Royal Mile, and there is a bus stop by the flat (we didn't take the time to figure out the bus system). You do have a small view of Arthur's Seat, which is beautiful. We found an absolutely incredible Indian food restaurant within walking distance, Haldi, and grocery/conveience stores are nearby. The flat provides the basics - do not expect bells and whistles - and the beds could use a mattress topper as they are quite hard. I'd also recommend the owner provide a fan or noise machine. Sleeping with the windows open at night was quite loud, and the air needed circulation. We did stay in Edinburgh during the heatwave, so keep that in mind! All that being said, we enjoyed the flat for the two nights we were there!
