Step inside to discover a welcoming interior brimming with original features – flagstone floors, exposed beams, fireplaces and classic window shutters. After a day of adventure, the lounge offers a snug retreat with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a wood burner for chilly evenings. When tummies rumble, the attractive kitchen/diner has everything you need for convenient self-catering including an air fryer, before settling around the dining table next to a second wood burner. At night, a tranquil king-size bedroom promises sweet dreams with its Hypnos mattress, while the bathroom invites you to start or end your days with a leisurely soak. An enclosed patio with outdoor dining and a BBQ is ideal for al fresco drinks and meals while soaking up countryside views. There’s also parking for two cars along with secure storage for bikes and canoes.


Penmachno is a great destination for exploring Snowdonia’s wonders, with Mount Snowdon just 19 miles away. Closer to home, Gwydir Forest Park features an array of routes from boardwalk strolls to lakeside walks and steep climbs up forested hillsides. More adventurous activities can be found at Go Below Underground Adventures, Zip World Caverns and Bounce Below (within 11 miles) while Betws-y-Coed (3.5 miles) boasts an array of shops and eateries, plus a wealth of outdoor activities.
