Exceptional accommodation

Communication with Chiara was excellent on Whatapp. She gave clear instruction how to catch bus from airport to reach her apt. Her fatherwas waiting for us with a warm welcome. The Apartment was spacious and comfortable and very clean, and quiet.The kitchen is well stock with coffee pods and tea. Chiara balcony garden is something to die for. It is so fragrant and lush. It is just too bad the weather was a bit cold and rainy. Otherwise it is good place to relax on the balcony .I would recommend Chiara Apartment if anybody comes to Rome.

Great location for our Rome stay. Loved the terrace and was nice to come back to after a long day site seeing in Rome. Owners go above and beyond were very helpful! I would highly recommend this apartment.

Rome getaway

Fantastic apartment near the Vatican. Easy walking to Rome destinations like the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and others. Very accommodating hosts. Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

City break

What a great place to stay to explore Rome, great communication from the start and check in was easy and very helpful from Chiara’s father in law. Rooms were spacious and spotless and the property was well equipped. Added little extras like toiletries and bath robes were a lovely touch. Loved having a balcony to sit on and enjoy and easy to walk into Rome itself by crossing the River.

We had a great stay in this perfectly located apartment. The balcony was divine the perfect place for a cold glass of prosecco. The location was perfect and easy to reach via bus and metro it cost us 1.50 each rather than over 40 for a taxi. Plus the journey was not as traumatic as I was expecting very easy and recommended. The property has everything you could need one minor issue with the shower head was resolved immediately by Livio. He was also there to greet us and take us through restaurant recommendations and where everything could be found. We used the metro once to get to the colosseum early in the morning. We walked everywhere else as this is the perfect location to do this from. Lots and lots of lovely restaurants ranging from standard fare to Michelin standard restaurants. You will be spoilt for choice. The gelataria that was recommended was the best we have had in Italy all home made and delicious. We had an amazing stay and the hosts were always available and there if needed nothing was too much trouble. Oh and the lift my daughter loved the old fashioned lift to the apartment. Beautiful building and perfectly placed for a Rome stay.

Great apartment for a family of 4

Away from the hustle of center city but close enough 20-30 minutes walk to most attractions (Vatican , Trevi Fountain. panetheon). Four blocks from metro stop for easy access to Termini and Coliseum. We communicated with Livio who was extremely helpful with recommendations.

Excellent apartment, excellent location, excellent hosts

I was here for 2 months on sabbatical. The apartment is lovely, and the terrace magnificent. The location is great: close to the centre of everything, but Prati is just enough removed from the chaos to feel like a retreat. (Piazza del Popolo: 5 minute walk; Castel Sant’Angelo: 10 minutes.) The hosts were incredible: excellent information and responsiveness. Also, my purse was stolen when I was in town, and Livio was an enormous help. This was a fantastic place to live, and I highly recommend it.

Wir haben 4 wundervolle Tage in diesem ideal gelegenen Appartement verbracht. Livio war ein wundervoller Gastgeber, alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Terrasse mit Markise, wo man Frühstück und Abendessen zu sich nehmen und eigentlich den ganzen Tag verbringen kann. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit Air Condition ausgestattet, die hervorragend funktioniert. 200 m entfernt ist ein Supermarkt, schöne Restaurants und Trattoria gleich nebenan. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Man kann zu Fuß alles sehr gut erreichen, ein paar 100 m entfernt sind auch diverse Bushaltestellen, die ein überall hinbringen. Man wohnt im obersten Stockwerk, ein Aufzug bringt einen problemlos dorthin. Wir können das Apartment vorbehaltlos empfehlen und werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Rom wieder dieses schöne Apartment buchen. Danke Chiara & Livio

Superbe séjour!

Quel bel appartement! Idéalement situé dans Prati, nous n’avons jamais eu besoin d’utiliser les transports en commun, tout se faisait facilement à pied. Livio nous a gentiment accueillis et a bien pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’appartement, en plus de rester en contact avec nous durant tout le séjour pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien. La terrasse est magnifique et agréable pour prendre un verre après une longue journée de visite. Je recommande chaudement cet appartement, n’hésitez pas! Merci Chiara et Livio pour votre accueil chaleureux!

Will stay again!

Our host communicated with us and immediately helped with any questions we had about the neighborhood. They marked all of the sights to see on a map for us. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was walking distance to shopping and restaurants within seconds. There were 2 spacious bedrooms, a big beautiful bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchen and living room combined area and a balcony overlooking the city.

Perfect for families

We loved our stay here for so many reasons - Location was ideal. 15 mins from Vatican, 20 mins walk to Trevi fountain and very well connected to bus routes.- AC!!! This was a lifesaver in the heat of the Roman summer. We were able to come back in the afternoons and take a break.-Manager was so helpful. He gave us so many resources and provided maps and numbers to make our stay perfect. He was also at hand throughout the trip for questions.-The neighbourhood felt very safe and has a lot of small shops and restaurants. There is a carrefour express 5 mins away.-The property was very clean and well stocked with amenities to make our stay comfortable.

Superb apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment! It was super clean, the beds were comfy, and the balcony was really enjoyable after a day walking in the city! The apartment is at a walkable distance from all the main attractions and close to great restaurants and places to get a drink. Chiara answered all my questions promptly and was really nice! Her father took care of us for the check-in and he was also very nice! I highly recommend this place for your next stay in Rome
