About this property

Let the sun shine in!

The Sebastopol Guest House is an eco-friendly, modern, stand-alone building with a high beamed ceiling, operable skylights, many windows and polished concrete floors. We LOVE sanitary. We use medical grade disinfectants, and always have. The bed and bedding is scrumptious, Guests have said it's a "sleep magnet". We do not use toxic air fresheners, cleaning products, fabric softeners or scented detergents. There is heat and air conditioning, a full kitchen, strong wifi, SMART T.V. and a docking station for music. French doors open to a private patio covered by an arbor of grape vines.
The Guest House is downtown, yet located on a quiet country road which is walking distance to the Barlow, Zagat rated restaurants, The farmers market, breweries, tasting rooms, galleries and boutiques. Gorgeous wineries are within a 10 minute drive. We are fluent in Sonoma county. You'll find our extensive guide book we've created with insider lists of eats, drinks, adventures, spa services and more. For a multitude of reasons this private residence is not suitable for children, or anyone with mobility issues. It's a space for up to 2 adults who will sleep in the same bed. If it's your first time with us, tell us about yourself (and anyone who will be joining you) where you'll be coming from and what brings you to the area.

The guest house was SUPER cute and clean and had everything you could need to cook and stay! It is very close to downtown Sebastopol and we loved walking all over. We had the best adventures walking downtown and having Indian food and ramen. Shopped til we dropped. Went to the best bamboo nursery and some big trees! I would highly recommend this gorgeous property. At the end of each adventure we came home to the coziest cottage and relaxed! The bed was magic and we slept in every day! Thank you to our amazing hosts!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful location and we were so glad we came back. This property is just as described; all the nice, warm touches that Wendy And Lisa provide really make you feel like you’re coming home. Property is very clean, beautifully landscaped. The "guest house" is a standalone one bedroom building. Very spacious and well equipped, thoughtfully decorated. Good location, quiet street. Wendy kept communications with us by text prior to arrival and met us at check in to tell us the do's and don'ts of the place. She went the extra mile with us, making us a reservation at a nearby winery when I thought we were shut out. My best recommendation is to use Wendy's notebook binder of recommended places to visit and eat, or ask her and follow her advice. Tell her your plans and she'll give constructive hints. Thanks for everything, Wendy. We had a great time!

Quiet and beautiful place to chill

We had an enjoyable 4 day stay at this beautiful property- very private and quiet setting. The space was very open and plenty of room for us to relax. Nice vaulted ceilings and skylights, private patio to eat outside. It was easy to come and go, centrally located in cute Sebastopol. We would stay again!
