Spacious Chalet near beach and harbor on 5-star park De Kuilart on the Frisian Lakes

This charming and surprisingly spacious chalet is located at the 5★ De Kuilart Holiday Park in Koudum, right on the shore of one of the Frisian lakes. Thanks to its location near the water, the marina, and the beaches within the park, this is an ideal spot for anyone seeking peace, space, and the outdoor life by the water.

The chalet features its own high-speed (private) Wi-Fi connection.

The park features, among other things, an indoor swimming pool with water slides, restaurants and bars, bike and boat rentals, and various sports and play facilities.

The Space
The chalet accommodates up to 4 people and stands out for its spacious layout, particularly in the living room and dining area.

The living room features a spacious corner sofa, a dining table, and French doors leading to the terrace. It’s a pleasant place to relax together, enjoy a meal, or simply sit and unwind.

The open kitchen opens directly onto the living room and is practically equipped for everyday use.

There are two bedrooms:

one bedroom with a double bed
one bedroom with two single beds

The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.

The chalet is heated for colder days.

Outside

Outside, there is a private garden with a patio, furnished with a lounge set and a dining table. It’s ideal for dining outdoors, starting the day at a leisurely pace, or winding down after a day on the water.

Guest Access
Guests have the entire property to themselves. The barn is private and not accessible.

Other things to note
* De Kuilart Holiday Park charges a tourist tax and park fee of €7.50 per person per night (for guests aged 1 and older). This amount includes use of facilities such as the pool, Wi-Fi, and a parking pass, and is paid on-site to the park upon arrival.

* Duvets and pillows are provided.
You can choose to bring your own bed linens and towels, but for added convenience, we offer optional linen packages:
– Bedding package: €7.50 per person
– Towel package: €5 per person (1 large + 1 small towel)
Kitchen towels and dishcloths are included as standard.

*A minimum stay of 3 nights applies.

* The chalet is smoke-free and pet-free.

* The accommodation is intended for couples and families; guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
