Furnished in a functional and comfortable way for travellers from all over the world, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Open on 3 sides, the apartment is very bright and offers excellent privacy, as well as a stunning landscape combining Lake and Mountains, visible from every room.

🛏️ **THE BEDROOMS**

The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor, which makes it particularly quiet.

All rooms have **FIBRE-OPTIC WIFI**, one of the fastest connections in the city, as well as a **NETFLIX subscription** for some downtime and entertainment.

**First bedroom – LAKE VIEW 🌊**

You will find a **King Size double bed (180x200 cm)** made of solid wood, with a comfortable 25 cm-high mattress.

The two bedside tables, each with two drawers, are equipped with elegant bedside lamps, power outlets, USB and USB-C ports.

Opposite the bed there is a wall-mounted **40” SAMSUNG TV**, a minimalist-style storage cabinet and a small shoe cabinet.

Completing the room is a designer ceiling light with adjustable brightness.

**Second bedroom – MOUNTAIN VIEW ⛰️**

The spacious second bedroom enjoys views of the **San Martino mountains** and overlooks a charming bell tower.

It features a double bed with a comfortable 25 cm-high mattress, two bedside tables equipped with elegant bedside lamps, power outlets, USB and USB-C ports, as well as plenty of wardrobe space.

There is also a bench, a full-length mirror and a large wall-mounted mirror.

🛋️ **OPEN-PLAN LIVING AREA WITH LAKE VIEW**

A harmonious and bright **OPEN-PLAN LIVING AREA**, entirely overlooking the lake, combines the living room and kitchen into one comfortable space, blending relaxation and practicality.

The entertainment area features a **50” SAMSUNG SMART TV with NETFLIX** and a 3-seater sofa bed which, when needed, converts into a comfortable double bed **(204x140 cm)**, equipped with an additional Memory Foam mattress support.

A dedicated nook has also been created for working on a PC or simply reading.

On the opposite side, slightly tucked away, there is a large wall-mounted mirror **(220x100 cm)**.

The room is air-conditioned and offers various furnishings and convenient surfaces for guests.

A large French door leads to the main terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the fascinating **Lecco branch of Lake Como**. 🌊

🍳 **KITCHEN**

The kitchen area, elegantly integrated into the living space, was also designed with valuable advice from female travellers.

To provide an efficient and comfortable experience, **high-quality materials and mid-to-high-range appliances** have been selected. And practically nothing is missing. ;-)

The modern kitchen, with plenty of storage space, includes:

• Oven
• Microwave oven
• Dishwasher
• Freestanding fridge-freezer
• Kettle
• Toaster
• Set of pots and pans
• Complete tableware and kitchenware set
• **NESPRESSO coffee machine**

On arrival, you will find **water**, and during your stay you will have coffee capsules and a selection of teas available. ☕

At the centre of the kitchen, the dining table faces a **panoramic window**, allowing you to admire the lake while enjoying your meals.

Depending on the season, you may see boats passing by, sailing regattas, activities such as **Kiteboarding and Windsurfing**, and quite often even a seaplane landing.

A second French door leads to the second balcony.

🪟 **COMFORT & WINDOWS**

Throughout the apartment, the new windows feature **vasistas openings**, sound-insulating double glazing and electronically adjustable shutters operated by a dedicated remote control.

A hallway separates the living area from the charming bathroom.

🚿 **BATHROOM**

The bathroom benefits from excellent natural light, which reflects beautifully on the mosaic of the spacious shower enclosure.

The shower features a **large dual-jet rain shower with waterfall function** and a separate flexible hand shower: a real little gem!

The bathroom includes a storage unit with countertop basin and designer mirror, bidet, WC, hairdryer, radiator, shelves and various convenient surfaces.

A **washing machine and tumble dryer** are also available to guests.

Each guest will have a set of three towels in different sizes, a complimentary Shower & Shampoo kit and a dispenser with gentle hand soap.

⚠️ **There is no lift**, but once you arrive, it is absolutely worth it: you will fall in love with the view and the atmosphere. ;-)
