Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment located on the 3rd floor, including the balcony and private parking. An elevator is available for easy access.

Located in the vibrant Avenidas Novas district, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring Lisbon. Stroll along tree-lined streets, discover charming cafes, and enjoy the convenience of nearby shops and cultural attractions. With its blend of modernity and tradition, Avenidas Novas offers a lively yet laid-back atmosphere.

Conveniently located near the Saldanha metro station, just a short walk away, providing easy access to Lisbon's city centre and beyond. Multiple bus lines also serve the area, making it easy to explore all that Lisbon has to offer.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before entering. Please note that check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a guest registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum of €200 for the smoking fee.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply, with a limit of € 80.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.

Extra keys: 20€ (an extra pair of keys, when available, for lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
