The place was unsanitary and unsafe. The floors were sticky, the sofa covered in hair, there were stains on the surfaces and dead insects on the walls. One of the bedroom windows didn't close and could be opened from the outside. The pictures completely misrepresent the apartment. The host was helpful up to the point we arrived, saw the apartment and said we wouldn't be staying there. They ignored our calls from then on. Vrbo claimed that a refund was at the host's discretion, but the host remained unresponsive. It took two weeks of repeated calls and insisting that this was unacceptable for Vrbo to finally agree to issue a full refund. We had a terrible experience and would strongly advise against booking with this host or Vrbo.
