The beautiful, gallery-style first floor with panoramic windows stretches from floor to ceiling. This makes it particularly bright and full of light. There are two separate bedrooms; the first is equipped with a double bed (180x200). The second bedroom contains a smaller double bed (140x200) as well as a single bed (90x200). On the sofa bed in the living area (140x180), two more people can relax comfortably.

On the terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, you can enjoy the sun or have a barbecue together with the family.

Even in the winter months, the harbour village of Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. In the holiday home, you can warm up again by the cosy crackling wood-burning stove in the living room after a walk along the frozen lake or through the snowy forests. It is also wonderful to relax under the wellness shower in the spacious bathroom on the ground floor. Here in the harbour village, you can let your soul unwind all year round and truly take a deep breath again.
