The dining area is located between the French doors. The apartment is furnished in a modern style. The sofa converts into a comfortable sofa bed. The high-quality kitchenette includes a dishwasher, stove (with oven and ceramic cooktop), microwave, extractor hood, and espresso machine. A shower room and toilet are also located on this level. There is also a bedroom with two beds that can be arranged separately or together. Built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space. Both the living room and bedroom have a television. A stereo system with a CD and DVD player is located in the living room.
