The holiday home is located in the Lenzer Höh holiday park directly on Lake Plau, with its own private beach and bathing jetty, just 90 meters from the house. The semi-detached house offers 89 square meters of living space spread over two floors, a small garden with beautiful flowering shrubs, and a sunny, quiet west-facing terrace with comfortable patio furniture and a sunshade. On the ground floor, you enter the house through a hallway, passing the guest WC and utility room, into the large, light-filled living room with an open-plan kitchen, a wall of windows, and access to the sun terrace. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, a table, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, and a dining table with six chairs. From the hallway, you enter the first bedroom on the ground floor, furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Next to the wardrobe, a bright staircase leads to the upper floor with two further bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have at least one window, and the bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds. The master bedroom upstairs features a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, a three-door wardrobe, and an armchair. The third bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables with reading lamps, a two-door wardrobe, an armchair, and a side table. The bathroom has a shower, a vanity unit with a mirror, a shelf, and a wall-hung toilet. The car-free holiday complex offers a playground, a table tennis room, a laundromat with washing machines and dryers, a bicycle storage room, and free parking.
