Villa Cassandra is located in the peaceful area of Kalafatis, less than 2 km from the beach with turquoise waters, water-sports facilities and a diving center. At 10 minutes drive there are many of the southern beaches of the island (Kalo Livadi, Lia, Elia, Agrari, Agia Anna) with fine sands and Mediterranean cuisine restaurants.
At less than 3 kilometers from the property there is the picturesque village of Ano Mera with its well-known monastery of Panagia Tourliani and its famous traditional taverns. At Ano Mera guests can find super-markets, bakery shops and ATMs.

This beautiful property is the ideal choice for a dream vacation. It is part of a complex of autonomous villas and it combines the traditional mykonian architecture with the luxury of modern comforts.

On the ground level there is the living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom, while on the underground level there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen, a living room and a laundry room. There is air-conditioning in all the rooms.

The outdoor area features a large modern pool and a wide lounge area around it. There is a very comfortable dining table under the elegant wooden pergola and a built-in BBQ.

The pool area is equipped with several sun beds and three big umbrellas providing comfort for guests that can enjoy the sea views. A well maintained colorful garden completes the outside living area, making it perfect for family and friends that can enjoy each other's company in a beautiful setting.

The villa is ideal for families with young children as there is plenty of room, or for couples and friends that want to enjoy all that Mykonos has to offer, being also able in the same time, to retreat into a more secluded setting.

Rental rules:
The minimum stay is of 5 nights.
Check-in time is between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing.
Checkout time is within 10.00 a.m.

Not included in the rental price:
A damage deposit of € 1.500, has to be paid upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay, less any charges in case of damage.
Cleaning fee: € 150
Tax fee: 7% on the total price
