Spacious Hackney Home - Pass the Keys

Welcome to E8 - the best bit of Hackney! We have a kitchen + kids' room (loft bed) on the ground floor. Living room, bathroom, + 2 bedrooms on the first.

Moments from the serene Regents canal and Broadway market, 10 mins from Columbia road and Shoreditch and a short stroll along the canal from Haggerston overground station.

Bonus features: London Fields Lido and Victoria Park - one of London's finest. We fit two adults and 1-2 children.

Our property is an 80's build - right by the canal and on the edge of Regents Estate.

Downstairs: There's a large kitchen diner plus a kids room with a mid-sleeper bed.

Upstairs: a spacious separate lounge and desk, plus the main bedroom, bathroom and toilet. A separate, smaller room right next to the main bedroom could also be used with an airbed set up, should you need it.

Guests will have access to the entire house
Please note, the bedrooms allow for:
One couple (a king sized bed)
One adult or child (in single bed in bedroom 2)
One child (in loft bed in bedroom 3)

•⁠ ⁠Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
•⁠ ⁠Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited
•⁠ ⁠Quiet hours from 11pm and 7am
•⁠ ⁠Please make sure to lock the doors and windows
•⁠ ⁠Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10 am.
•⁠ ⁠Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100 or the value of the locksmith.
•⁠ ⁠If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
•⁠ ⁠Babycot can be requested for a fee (£50).

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
