Best of all? You’re just a short, easy 150-meter stroll from the nearest beach!

Get ready to live outdoors! The beautifully landscaped garden is centered around a lovely private swimming pool and features two covered terraces for shade. For those memorable summer evenings, you’ll find a delightful, rustic Dalmatian-style tavern (konoba), complete with an open fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen – it’s the ultimate place for communal meals and good company. Inside, both units are modern and bright, offering fully equipped kitchens (with induction hobs and dishwashers), and the top-floor balcony offers an incredible, breathtaking sea view that will truly take your breath away.

If you are an explorer at heart, you couldn't ask for a better base. The villa is strategically located close to some of Croatia's best outdoor adventures. You can be in the historic city of Zadar in just 28 km, or quickly reach the Paklenica National Park (a climbing destination) just 12 km away. With the Velebit Mountains right there, and the Plitvice Lakes and Krka Waterfalls within a 1.5-hour drive, your days will be filled with hiking, cycling and natural beauty. This is where relaxation meets adventure on the Dalmatian coast! Smoking and pets are not allowed.
