Please note that this property, as well as all other Airbnb's in Cape Town, experience load-shedding. It is a government-enforced cut-off of main power to certain areas at scheduled times during the day. We do offer the convenience of power station for laptop and device charging as well as portable lamps during these periods which can also be used to charge your mobile devices. We do provide a battery to power the Wi-fi for 2 hours during these periods so you have shall internet. Additionally, we'll provide you with an app that sends notifications of scheduled power outages, so you can plan accordingly.

We do provide enough Electricity for guest stays, a fair usage policy will apply to all reservations. For Stays of 8 nights or longer additional electricity may be for the guests account.
