The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan with remote control, mirror, and an open wardrobe with a small dressing table. The bathroom, located along the hallway, is fully equipped and designed in a modern, functional style.

The outdoor terrace, with a table, four chairs, and a retractable awning, is an ideal space to relax outdoors or enjoy the sunsets in a peaceful setting.

This apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Las Américas, just a short walk from a wide variety of bars, restaurants, cafes, and all the services you may need during your stay.

The flat has all the amenities to make you feel at home: 600 Mb/s fibre optic broadband, Smart TV (satellite with international channels in different languages), two ceiling fans (in the living room and bedroom, each with remote), washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware to prepare your favorite meals during your stay.

For families with babies, a cot and high chair are available upon request and subject to availability.

The complex also features a communal pool, open from 10:00 to 20:00, with sun loungers for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The apartment is not accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
