Hideaway, dog friendly glamping site in Norfolk, sleeps six people

Nestled in Sedgeford, Hunstanton near the North Norfolk Coast, Hideaway is an off-grid tranquil retreat perfectly located to explore Norfolk’s most beloved beach towns, this peaceful haven offers the best of both worlds; easy access to the coast, tucked away in a serene woodland setting. Spend your days discovering charming seaside villages, relaxing on pristine beaches, or simply unwinding in nature. After a day of adventure, return to your well-equipped safari lodge, featuring cosy beds, a private bathroom and a wood-burning stove. As night falls, gather around the campfire and take in the starry skies. Hideaway offers a unique glamping experience that combines comfort, tranquillity and great access to Norfolk’s charming coastal towns.

"Life is good" reflects the spirit Hideaway Glamping. Each safari tent is off-grid with no main electricity, but all essential amenities are provided, making it a lovely home away from home for a few days’ escape. Each tent is fully equipped with a kitchen that includes an induction hob, hot and cold running water, a whistling kettle, utensils, and crockery suitable for the whole family. The open-plan kitchen and living area also feature a wood-burning stove with logs, a comfortable seating area and a dining table.

There are three bedrooms accommodating up to six people: a master bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedroom, and a cabin-style double bed. While the cabin bed is suitable for adults, it must be accessed by steps. Please note that your lodge will be supplied with linen and beds made up for everyone in your party. There will be an additional charge of £11.50 per person for linen. This will be charged separately after booking.

Each tent also includes a private bathroom, with a separate shower room and toilet, both equipped with hot and cold water, a shower, and a hand basin.

Step outside and relax on the outdoor garden furniture. Firepit and logs can be provided for an additional charge of £21.00 per night. See below for all additional charges.

This is a dog-friendly glamping site. Two dogs are welcome per tent for an extra charge of £10.00 per night.

Parking is only available in the designated parking area. Vehicles can not be driven to the tents.

This is an off-grid site, no main electricity available. Battery lighting and candles are provided throughout the lodge.
You can also order cooked meals for warming up in your lodge stove.
Stag and hen parties are not permitted.
Your tent may be reassigned to accommodate larger groups, so you won’t be placed between two family parties. All tents are identical, and your assigned tent will be shown on the board upon arrival.
