Large ground-floor apartment in a villa surrounded by the pine forest, located very close to the beach. It accommodates up to 8 guests and features four bedrooms (two double rooms and two with bunk beds), two bathrooms, and a functional layout ideal for families or groups. A washing machine is available, and the villa offers two private parking spaces in the large shared garden. Just outside the apartment, you will find a table with chairs where you can enjoy the fresh air of the pine forest. To reach the beach, you walk through a park with playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and cycling paths. Guests can choose between equipped beach facilities or the free beach. The town center is about 200 mt away and can be reached via a small path through the pine forest. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
