This beautiful house, with its upscale amenities, offers ample space for up to 3 people (non-smoking only!) on approximately 90 m². Ground floor: Entrance hall with wardrobe, spacious living and dining room with a modern kitchen area (including a Nespresso machine) and a historic tiled stove (not currently in use!), hallway with access to the garden, stairs to the upper floor, shower room/WC, access to the utility room with storage space for bicycles, etc. Upper floor: Hallway, large bedroom with a double bed and desk in the dormer window area, plus its own WC, second bedroom also with a double bed.
