Parken kostet plötzlich, war vorher nicht aufgeführt. Keine Handseife am Waschbecken, Duschgel in der Duschkabine leer. Stattdessen 2 kl. Flaschen Dusch & Haarshampoo neben den Zahnputzgläsern. Fenster schmutzig, Zimmertüre innen rund um den Griff verschmutzt. Gardine hingt links runter, ausgerissen. Zimmer 18 sehr hellhörig, jeder Gast geht dran vorbei. Mehrere Silberfische auf dem Fussboden gefunden. Für länger als eine Nacht würde ich das Zimmer nicht wieder buchen.

Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort und es war sehr schön. Klare Regeln ordentlich ausgeschildert. Eigener Hundestrand, welcher sehr sauber war. Viele andere Betreiber von Seeregionen können sich hier gerne mal ein Beispiel nehmen wie herzlichen man mit Hund und Halter umgehen kann anstatt nur Verbotsschilder aufzustellen.

Hotel grundsätzlich ok, auch wenn als Ferienwohnung (ohne jeglichen Hinweis darauf, dass es nur ein Hotelzimmer ist) gebucht und dann gab es keinen Kühlschrank, das war schon befremdlich. Zimmer aber soweit ok, Blick toll, Restaurant - nicht zum Hotelbetten gehörend- war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Reinigung des Hotelzimmers war trotz grüner Karte und ausreichend Gelegenheit nicht erfolgt, das ist leider schlecht. Nur auf Nachfrage wurde das Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Legosteine von Vormietern waren noch unter dem Tisch im Zimmer zu finden. Die Reinigungsleistung scheint nicht die Beste und Zuverlässigste zu sein. Ansonsten: Ort an sich gern wieder.

Das Hotel ist leider absolut in die Jahre gekommen. Hygiene > schlecht Vorhänge alt, tote und lebende Motten im Zimmer, Staub, Spinnenweben in allen Ecken, Fenster lassen sich schwer öffnen und schließen, kein Insektenschutz, Holz beim Balkon + Bank blättert ab, Benutzer, dreckiger Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon. Benutzte Zahnseide lag im Bad auf dem Boden, unangenehmer Fäkaliengeruch im Bad, in der Dusche lagen fremde Haare, überall Kalkablagerungen, Silkonteile in der Dusche stark verfärbt, sieht nicht schön aus. Teppich im Hotelzimmer > ein No-go! Boden teilweise nicht gereinigt > sandig. Restaurant > auch nicht gut! Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht! Getränke erhalten erst nach 30 Minuten, Vorspeise erst nach einer Stunde! Vorspeise „Bruschetta“ waren zwei dünne und schmale getoastete Toastscheiben mit etwas Pesto und cocktailtomaten. Bernsteinsee ist toll! Der Beachclub auch! Musik und Aperol waren super! Nette Kellner/innen. Strandtoilette > furchtbar! Dreckig, kein Toilettenpapier mehr oder Handtücher.

Die Lage ist grandios, aber die Zimmer…die Ecken sind rund, die Tische und Nachtischlampen werden nicht abgestaubt/gereinigt, die Fenster trugen noch die Handabdrücke der vorherigen Gäste. Das gleiche Bild zeigte sich auch drum. In den Treppenaufgängen lief man entweder über getrocknete Kaffeepfützen auf den Fliesen, oder in die Spinnweben zwischen Fenster und Geländer. Es ist super schade, denn aus dem Hotel könnte man echt etwas Grandioses machen, mit ein bisschen mehr Struktur.

Kaum einer spricht dort vernünftig deutsch. Mit Englisch kam man weiter. Im Zimmer nicht vorhanden war die Flasche Mineralwasser, Kaffee und der Seifenspender im Badezimmer war leer. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir für 2 Personen ein Päckchen Kaffee. Weiteres muss mit dem Chef besprochen werden. Daraufhin kam niemand mehr. Auf den leeren Seifenspender erfolgte der Hinweis auf das Shampoo, das könne man auch nehmen. Dies (ich wiederhole mich) alles auf englisch! Außerdem war von den 3 vorhandenen Kondensmilch bereits 2 im Jahr 2025 abgelaufen. Verständlich, wenn kein Kaffee da ist. Der Gesamteindruck ist sehr unglücklich. Wir kommen durch Verwandtschaft viele Jahre und das war wirklich zum davon laufen. Zum Glück nur eine Nacht. Man hat bei dem vorhandenen Personal nicht den Eindruck, dass irgendeiner einen Plan hat, was er da tut.

Auch eingezäunte Freilaufflächen sind vorhanden.Ob an der Strandbar oder im Restaurant,man darf überall mit Hund hin.Ein rundum toller Ort an dem Hunde wirklich nicht nur 'erlaubt' sind - sondern mehr als nur Willkommen! Ich kann es jedem Hundemensch sehr empfehlen!

Wir waren dort nicht zum Urlaub machen ! Wir sind dort einfach ganz entspannt spazieren gegangen und haben die Ruhe genossen. Außerhalb der Ferien ?? Wer Ruhe und Entspannung mag ohne Alltagstrubel drumherum ist hier genau richtig ?? Auch super wenn man aus der Nähe kommt um nur für ein Stündchen chillen ... Einfach toll

Großes Zimmer .Viel Platz mit großen Balkon und liegen .Seeblick hatten wir nicht komplett von der Balkontür aber wenn man zum Balkon hinter ging oder ganz vorne konnte man den Strand und See sehen. Wir haben ein schönen Baum gesehen und der ist wichtig. Der gab schatten und es ist schön die Natur zu erhalten und genießen zu können. Der Strand ist schön und das Wasser war herrlich.
