Basic ingredients like salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, and coffee are provided. Comfortable dining area for 4 persons. Spacious living room with a cozy seating area for relaxation and entertainment.

The Neighborhood:

Smedjegatan 13 is located in one of the most vibrant areas of Visby, Gotland. The apartment is only a short 3-5 minute walk to the grocery store "ICA" and is also close to the beautiful Botanical Garden. For sports enthusiasts, there are nearby tennis courts, and golf courses are only a short drive away. The scenic areas of Högklint, Tofta Beach, and Kneippbyn are also within easy reach, offering additional dining options and recreational activities. The nearest grocery store, ICA, is only a 5-minute walk away.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around Smedjegatan 13 is by car. There are also bikes available for rent and various activities along the waterfront during the summer. If you prefer to travel by bus, you can take bus line 10 and get off at “Visby Bus Station”. From there, it is a short walk to Smedjegatan 13.

The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions.



4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage.



5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction.



6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund.



7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.



8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund.
