Situated in an area of the Estate rich in natural beauty, it overlooks our new vineyard and unspoilt nature; it is immersed in a suggestive and enchanting atmosphere, enhanced by the stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is the largest villa, about 140 sqm, all on one raised level with a wonderful panoramic terrace; it can accommodate up to 7 people. Access is self-contained and independent. The main entrance opens onto a spacious lounge furnished with sofas and armchairs, a small bookshelf, TV, and dining table. To the left is a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a well-equipped kitchen with furniture and appliances (including a dishwasher). To the right of the lounge is a second bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with a bath-shower; there is also a third, large double bedroom (where a third bed can be added), which includes a private master bathroom with a large and elegant shower. There is ceiling fan ventilation, winter heating with radiators, and all 3 bedrooms are equipped with hot-cold air conditioning. The villa has reserved parking and is located just a few metres from the communal pool, which can be accessed via a privileged, direct, and immediate passage.

For this accommodation, bed linen/bath linen, cleaning, and daily tidying are not included; however, these services can be requested at the time of booking. A cleaning kit is provided. A contribution for electricity and gas consumption is required, calculated by reading the meters at the start and end of the stay, and a fixed contribution per accommodation is required for the final cleaning.
