Apartment w/ Sea Views & Parking, Walk to Fistral
Summary:
Perched on the headland, this stunning three-bedroom apartment enjoys sweeping sea views and is just minutes from Fistral Beach. Decorated in calming coastal tones, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is light-filled, with sliding doors opening to a sea-view balcony. A spiral staircase leads to a cosy mezzanine retreat. There are two king bedrooms and a third with a double and single, plus an ensuite and family bathroom. Private parking for one car.
The Space:
Set in an exceptional position on Newquay Headland, this beautifully presented three-bedroom apartment offers breathtaking sea views and an unbeatable coastal location. Just a short walk from the golden sands of Fistral Beach and sitting directly on the South West Coast Path, you can step outside and wander all the way around the headland, taking in panoramic ocean views at every turn.
Inside, the apartment is decorated in calming coastal tones, creating a light, relaxed atmosphere that perfectly complements its seaside setting. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with everything you could need, including a coffee machine and smart TV for cosy film nights. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors flood the space with natural light and frame the sea beyond, opening onto a private balcony with seating where you can enjoy the view and fresh sea air.
A quirky spiral staircase leads up to a cosy mezzanine level, complete with comfortable seating and a large slanted window overlooking the water – an ideal spot to unwind with a book or simply watch the waves roll by. Please note, there is no stair gate on the spiral staircase, so young children shouldn't be left unattended.
There are three comfortable bedrooms in total. The master king bedroom enjoys sea views from the bed and benefits from a modern ensuite shower room. A second king bedroom and a third bedroom with a double and single bed share a stylish family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Families can also make use of the travel cot, high chair, children's dinnerware, books and toys.
Private parking for one vehicle completes this fantastic coastal retreat.
Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
Your stay at this apartment puts you right at the heart of Cornwall’s most vibrant coastal town, with adventure and relaxation on your doorstep. Directly in front of the building runs the South West Coast Path, perfect for scenic walks in either direction. Head one way towards the dramatic Newquay Headland, where panoramic sea views, rugged cliffs and golden beaches create unforgettable coastal scenery. Walk the other way, and you’ll soon arrive in the town centre, with its lively atmosphere, shops, cafés and restaurants.
Just a short stroll away is Fistral Beach, world-famous for its surf. Whether you’re an experienced surfer or a complete beginner, there are excellent surf schools, board hire and water sports, including paddleboarding and bodyboarding. Even if you prefer to stay dry, Fistral’s wide sandy beach is ideal for relaxing, watching the waves and enjoying spectacular sunsets.
For food and drinks with a view, Lewinnick Lodge is a must-visit. Perched high on the cliffs, it offers delicious meals, local seafood and drinks with sweeping views over the Atlantic – perfect for a long lunch or sunset dinner.
Beyond the beach, Newquay offers boat trips, wildlife watching, coastal kayaking and access to quieter nearby beaches such as Crantock and Holywell Bay. With stunning coastal walks, buzzing surf culture and excellent dining all within easy reach, this Newquay apartment is an ideal base for a memorable seaside escape.
Getting Around:
For those that drive, there is private parking for one vehicle in the car park. There are also numerous large paid car parks nearby should you need extra space. Dane Road Car Park, Belmont Long Stay Car Park and Towan Headland Car Park are all around 5 minutes or less walk. From November to March, they are all free. Please see their websites for up to date charging information from April to October.
For those without a car, Newquay benefits from being the best connected town in Cornwall. There is a station in town with trains running directly from London Paddington. Many routes can also be picked up to Exeter or Plymouth, with changes here to Newquay. The station is then 8 minutes drive or a 25 minute walk to the apartment. Taxis are readily available, as are hire cars.
It is also unique in that it has an international airport just 20 minutes drive from the apartment. Similarly, taxis and car hire are available.
The train station is also really handy for getting around Cornwall, and runs to both Penzance and Falmouth with lots of stops on the way at popular destinations like St Ives, Carbis Bay and Hayle. Buses are also available to the surrounding areas.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is all on one level, other than the mezzanine level with a second small living space, but it's not essential to access this area for your stay. It also has step-free access into the building and up to the apartment via a lift.
We do not allow party groups, hen dos and stag parties at the house.
No smoking inside the building.
Dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the building due to a restriction in the lease.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available via message, email and phone during your stay. Any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
