Villa Tajoli is an exclusive Villa with a panoramic, private infinity pool with a view on the large valley below. The swimming pool is at excluse use of the villa guests, with a dimension of 8x15 meters, depth cm140, surrounded by a large lawn garden (4000 m2)Villa tajoli's level yard is fenced, equipped with a pergola with table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas.
The property is easy to reach from the main road, it is located 1 km far from the centre of Montecarlo village and it is close to the most beautiful Tuscan art cities (Lucca 16km, Florence 63km, Pisa 45km, Siena 110km) and the Versilia seaside (Viareggio 45km, Forte dei Marmi 50km).
The villa is large and comfortable, spread over a single floor (groundfloor) of 200 sqm and composed of kitchen, living-room, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with an hob with 5 gas burners, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, (2?) fridge-freezer, electric coffee machine. Exit door to the private garden.
The living-room is bright and sunny, air-conditioned and equipped with a large dining table, sofas and fireplace. The outdoor arcade-terrace sets up with a large table and a comfortable brick barbecue.
Villa Tajoli counts three air-conditioned double bedrooms (one single bed can be added in one of the bedrooms) and three bathrooms; two with shower and one with shower and bathtub
Laundry room with washing machine and iron available inside the villa.
Villa Tajoli is wrapped around with a covered porch where to enjoy a relaxing time amused by the Tuscan view and the quietness and peace of the countryside.
Located about 300 meters far from our restaurant, reachable by car or by feet (main road)
Private entrance with dedicated parking up to 4 cars or vans.
The house is very cool and the use of air conditioning is not always necessary. Air conditioning is therefore a service at the guest's request with a maximum cost € 30.00 per day.
