Located in the village of Valica, just 5 km from Umag center, the ground floor features a spacious living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and access to the terrace and garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, and dining table for six. A bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, and iron is also on this floor. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Upstairs, the first bedroom is a double, the second has two single beds that can be joined and balcony access near the bathroom with bathtub, and the third has a double bed, private shower, and balcony access. The covered terrace is furnished for outdoor dining, and the garden includes a barbecue and outdoor shower. Two secure parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
