Comfortable character house for 4/6 people

In the heart of Soussey sur Brionne, a pretty little village in Auxois, this 85 m² house is completely renovated in an authentic way and faces south. It has two bedrooms with a 140 * 190 double bed and is fully equipped for a young child. The kitchen is fully equipped, including with microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom. Television, console and DVD player are installed in the living room and television in the bedrooms.
Many books and games are available. internet access is via 4G, there is no WiFi.
A garden with garden furniture and barbecue will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
Cleaning possible on request (40 €).
All shops at 10 km (Pouilly en Auxois and Vitteaux: Bakery, Pharmacy, supermarket)
Local market on Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Pouilly and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Vitteaux.

Agréable, belle vue sur la vallée. La surprise d'entendre des ânes. Hameau bien entretenu, rivière avec de l'eau, cet été ce n'était pas assuré. Commerces à 10 km mais très bien.

Maison de campagne excentrée et calme

Maison très fonctionnelle et confortable .Elle est située à 2,5 km de la piste cyclable du canal en hauteur, et à 40 minutes en voiture de Dijon et Beaune.Il n y a pas d accès direct au jardin. ,

Nous avons découvert cette région qui est magnifique, beaucoup de verdure et de promenades à faire.

La location était bien et propre. Bonne literie. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin pour faire du barbecue Le propriétaire est très a l écoute, aimable et nous a donné des conseils pour découvrir la région et les lieux à visiter.. Petit village bien agréable Nous avons passé une bonne semaine.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Schlafzimmer sind angenehm schlicht eingerichtet. Der Ess-Wohnbereich ist schön urig und von Zitronenquetsche über Raclettegrill bis Brettspiel findet man alles was man brauchen könnte in den Schränken. Außerdem findet man alles was man zur Bespaßung und auch Sicherheit eines (Klein)Kindes braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand beiderseits per Post-Einschreiben statt, was etwas ungewöhnlich und sperrig ist. Aber der Email- und Telefonkontakt mit dem Vermieter klappte gut. Leider führt keine Tür direkt in den Garten, sodass man zum frühstücken im Freien immermit Tablet und Krimskrams um das ganze Haus herum oder durch den dunklen Keller gehen muss. Alles in allem waren wir zufreiden mit der Unterkunft.

Un séjour au coeur de la campagne bourguignonne

Ma compagne, mes enfants et moi-même avons passé un excellent séjour à Soussey-sur-Brionne. Au programme: baignades, visites de châteaux, des hospices de Beaune, promenade sur le canal de Bourgogne, tout cela à proximité de notre charmant location. Une adresse que nous recommandons très chaleureusement!

Nettes Haus mit Charme

Ein altes Haus, das innen aber ganz neu hergerichtet wurde in einem kleinen, romantischen Dorf. Man ist weit weg von aller Alltagshektik und dennoch mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten in einer Kleinstadt, die alles bietet, was man brauchen könnte. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist top, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden (auch ein Geschirrspüler), ziemlich neu und in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war problemlos, er kümmerte sich sehr um uns. Für einen ruhigen Landurlaub oder als Ausgangsbasis zur Besichtigung von Burgund kann ich das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Incroyable !

Dés notre arrivé, on en prend plein les yeux tellement le paysage est magnifique. Pour votre confort, la maison est très bien équipée. Le poêle à bois rend le gite très chaleureux. Les chambres sont assez grandes. Balade à pied, Vtt, ... les activités ne manquent pas. Les enfants ont très apprécié ce séjour.

Une parenthèse enchantée au calme

Très bon séjour, la maison est très fonctionnelle et rien ne manque pour se sentir comme à la maison ! Beaucoup d'espace, nous étions 4 adultes avec 3 enfants en bas âge et nous ne nous sommes jamais senti à l'étroit. Par ailleurs, à disposition l'équipement complet pour les enfants (lit, table à langer, chaise haute...) La cheminée est un pur bonheur et chauffe efficacement toute la maison. Belles ballades à faire dans les environs, et évidement quelques caves pour égayer le tout !

Maison très agréable

Une maison très agréable au calme dans la petite bourgade de Soussey sur Brionne. La rénovation entreprise par les propriétaires est du meilleur goût. Avons beaucoup apprécié le geste d'accueil ainsi que les fraises du jardin gracieusement offertes par le " jardinier " M. Foin. Une location à conseiller pour les amateurs de calme et tranquillité dans un environnement bucolique.

Ein Haus voller Charme und Gemütlichkeit

Wir verbrachten unseren Sommerurlaub in Burgund in diesem ursprünglichen Dorf mit französischem Charme in wundervoller Landschaft und einer den Gästen wirklich zugewandten Art. Trotz des Dauerregens und herbstlichen Temperaturen haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus beinhaltet 3 Zimmer, die sehr geräumig sind. Im Erdgeschoss ist mit dem Wohn-Küchenteil und dem großen zentralen Kamin der ursprüngliche Charakter des alten Hauses erhalten geblieben. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr reichhaltig und funktional und wird den Bedürfnissen von Familien gerecht. Die Schlafräume sind freundlich, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist aber daran zu denken, dass Bettwäsche (für Doppelbetten) und Handtücher mitzubringen sind. Ansonsten ist alles, was man für den Aufenthalt mit (kleinen) Kindern benötigt, vorhanden. Die Gartennutzung war uns aufgrund der Witterung nicht möglich. Wir können das Ferienhaus für alle empfehlen, die im Urlaub ein Stück Burgund hautnah erleben möchten und das Idyll eines alten besonderen Hauses der modernen Exklusivität vorziehen.

Très bien rénové dans un esprit campagne. Excellent séjour dans la verdure des vallons. Le temps s'est arreté et place à la détente. Dommage pour l'accès au jardin. Dépaysement garanti.
