In this detached villa, located approximately 2 km from Santa Barbara de Nexe, you can enjoy the spaciousness and comfort needed for a relaxing holiday in complete privacy. The property, which features an outdoor pool, is only accessible by car.
The villa has a living area of 150 m² and sleeps 6 people; a cot can also be provided if required. The villa has 3 bedrooms: one bedroom has two single beds and the other two are each equipped with a double bed. One bedroom also has a flat-screen TV with international channels. The villa has 2 bathrooms; one bathroom is equipped with a bath, toilet, washbasin and washing machine. The second bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and a shower. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher, as well as a table with 6 chairs, creating a cosy atmosphere.
The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, a large glass table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fireplace. The living room and bedrooms
have sliding windows and provide access to the pool. The windows have fly screens, and the rooms can be darkened using shutters. The house has air conditioning and central heating, but these services are subject to a charge (optional).

Outside, there is a swimming pool (10 x 5 m, 2 m deep), a solar-heated shower, and sun loungers for six people with parasols. You can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the city of Faro from the terrace and by the pool, and forget about everyday life for a while. There is also a further apartment (50 m²) for 4 people on the property, which you can hire additionally if there are more than 6 of you (optional).
