London Bridge Station is 47 minutes train ride from Erith Train Station.
In Erith Riverside Centre you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, pubs, bars and restaurants.
There is a driveway with free parking for up to 2 cars.
The property is located in a residential area - STRICTLY NO PARTIES!
There are 4 bedrooms in the property, an open living, dining area overlooking the beautiful back garden and a modern kitchen.
Two bedrooms are on the first floor of the house with a spacious bathroom and ground floor has 2 more bedrooms with bathroom.
Master bedroom located on the ground floor - has a super king bed, open rail hanging, and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2, has a small double bed, bedside table and an open rail hanging.
Bedroom 3 and 4 has a two single beds, bedside tables and lamps and a clothes storage.
On the ground floor you will find:
The Kitchen - with all amenities and appliances you may need to cook a delicious meal. This includes amenities like the oven, gas hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and much more.
Living area - cosy sofas which should comfortably accommodate every guest, a smart TV
Open plan kitchen and dining area - with a dining table and chairs
Garden - a spacious green space
Parking: a big driveway that can comfortably fit 2 cars
NOTE: There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days only. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
