Nestled in the heart of Perthshire, in the picturesque conservation village of Meikleour, this peaceful home offers a romantic couples’ retreat just a two-minute walk from The Meikleour Arms Hotel and beautiful woodland walks. Accessed via a secure coded gate from the roadside, the property opens into a charming front garden with a path leading to the front door. Inside, the house is warm and character-filled, with a cosy bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a spacious lounge downstairs featuring comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove, and TV. The kitchen opens off the living room and is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and a small dining table for two.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Parking is available on the main street outside the property. (No parking restrictions) A coded gate opens to path leading directly to the front door, where the key box is located for easy access.
Guests have a clear and direct route to the front door. The rear garden is private, so guests are asked to use the designated access areas at the front of the property.
