The beautiful apartment in La Mata consists of a living room with a fully equipped American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a balcony. Capacity is for 6 people (2 double beds and 1 bunk bed). It is located in an ideal area for families, very close to the sea and town centre. It has a lift and a parking space behind the building if there is still space, without a specific number.
Accommodation of 87 m² beautiful, furnished and with a north-facing view.
The apartments have everything necessary: Air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms, WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, television.
In the kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, dishwasher, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.).
It is very close to the sandy beach "Playa La Mata (50m), 120 m from the town centre. In 2 minutes walking, many restaurants and cafés are located. Right next to it is the market area on Wednesdays and supermarkets (10m). You can have a good time walking along the night embankment.
Alicante-Elche Airport is located 41 km away and Torrevieja Bus Station - 5 km away.
