This studio apartment can accommodate up to three guests and features a living area with a kitchenette, a double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. It also includes a bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a balcony. The apartment offers air conditioning. The condominium is located directly on the beach, just a short walk from Piazza Torino. The area is quiet yet full of restaurants and shops. A pedestrian street, closed to traffic in the evenings, is very close to the property. The building has a lift and parking, subject to availability. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours. °No pets allowed
