This charming studio with a terrace, decorated to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city of Porto and its attractions.
Ideal for couples or solo travelers, this studio features an open-plan layout that maximizes space. The living area shares the space with the sleeping zone, where you can relax watching TV or plan your day.
The kitchenette is equipped to prepare your daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, it features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, stove hob, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher to help you in your daily life.
Access to the terrace is through large glass windows, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors and the view over the city. The outdoor space is equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for having breakfast in the sun.
The sleeping area is harmoniously integrated into the space and equipped with a double bed and wardrobes to store your belongings. The bed comes with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom features all amenities, including a bathtub, bidet, towels, and toiletries for your convenience.
The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located on one of the city's most picturesque and authentic slopes, this accommodation is situated in Fontainhas, an area famous for being the "balcony" of Porto. The neighbourhood offers an unparalleled visual experience: from here, you have a privileged view over the Douro River and its iconic bridges (especially the Infante and Maria Pia bridges). The energy here is deeply authentic; it is a neighbourhood where you can still feel the true Porto soul, away from the immediate hustle and bustle of the most touristy streets, yet impregnated with tradition and tranquillity.
Despite its atmosphere of a scenic retreat, proximity to the Historic Centre is excellent. A pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk takes you to the vibrant Rua de Santa Catarina (the main shopping artery), the renovated Bolhão Market, and the majestic Café Majestic. From there, walking down to São Bento Station and Ribeira is a natural stroll. The location invites you to explore the city on foot, allowing you to discover hidden corners, historic gardens (such as São Lázaro), and the Municipal Library along the way.
This address is also a strategic point for those wishing to explore Northern Portugal. Being situated between the centre and the eastern part of the city, you have easy access to Campanhã Station (the main railway hub) and São Bento Station. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
