We love Norfolk! We relocated here 18months ago and renovated Little Birch Cottage during 8months of 2025.
We live next door in Birch Cottage with our 3 Spaniels and chickens. (If they’re laying well you’ll have eggs for breakfast on your first morning)
We’re passionate about making your visit welcoming and comfortable, Norfolk is the best place to slow down and take a breath, relaxing and enjoying all the lovely scenery around you.
We particularly like to welcome those who work in emergency services and the military as we once worked in them, and know how important it is to take breaks away and recharge.
A welcome hamper will await you on your arrival, and useful information on where to go and visit while you stay.
In the winter months fire wood for your first burn in the log burner is complementary with further nets available to purchase.

What makes this property unique

Recently refurbished and renovated, Little Birch has oodles of charm of a Norfolk farm workers cottage but with the luxury of modern life, power shower, central heating and comfy beds.
Built of red brick and flint with its own driveway and situated just out of the main part of the village ~ and 22minutes from the sandy beaches of Holkham and Wells.
