"Le Nid de V" is a hidden gem in it's own little forest in the centre of the active lakeside (lake Léman) medieval town (Villeneuve). A great base to park & use public transport (bus-train-boat) or simply commute (~2km to motorway A9) to visit the Lemanic arc of enchanting villages and attractions.
The independent flat is the entire upstairs (~100M2) of an individual house with it's own private access through the technical room & laundry to the entry door. Upstairs (~8 large steps) passing the door to the first shower/wc "B&W shower/bath" and another door to the first bedroom "Veranda bedroom" with it's own veranda enjoying views of the little forest and city and mountains - perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea or using the table as a work or game area. The Veranda room is large and spacious with a full bed next to the window & a full sofa bed next to the veranda (divided with a privacy screen).
A sliding door opens into the lounge area with it's seating area for 6 - library & games & TV with a coffee/tea/microwave and a common sink area and the second shower/wc "skylight shower-room".
The second bedroom door for the "Skylight bedroom" is off the lounge & next to this "skylight shower-room" which has a large double bed with a skylight looking up to the sky & mountains.
This appartment is ideal for a family or friendly group of 6. However it is not safe for small children unattended due to the open veranda and stairs. Not safe for mobile restricted persons due to the stairs. The space is not equipped for cooking just a microwave & refrigerator for your convenience. Town living provides all the conveniences for your holiday stay including food deliveries.
