Rating: 5/5 - ExcellentWe absolutely loved our stay at Villa Baladeva! The villa, landscaping and atmosphere were breathtaking, and the location was fantastic. Just a short walk to local shops, markets and restaurants, plus Local Coffee, Rose Spa, Circle K and El Local Gelato just around the corner! We especially appreciated the fresh, comfortable linen and towels, thoughtful amenities like the first aid kit, water purifier and extra fan, and the wonderful housekeeping team. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, promptly fixing a leaking bidet and helping with luggage storage and late checkout. The provided bug spray was also the best-smelling and most effective we've ever used!A few minor maintenance issues could be improved, including some bathroom fixtures, stained-looking baths and additional drying racks. The bedroom numbering also differs slightly from the website floor plan. Two things worth noting: the pool's shallow end is still quite deep, so extra caution is recommended for families with young children. The drainage channel around the pool has a significant drop from the surrounding ground, making it easy to forget it's there and accidentally step into it, resulting in a couple of rolled ankles during our stay.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this beautiful villa. With a few small improvements, it would be even better! Thank you for having us, we look forward to coming back again

Amazing Villa in a quiet part of Seminyak

Our family had a great time at this villa. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. This was the perfect place away from the bustle of the city. Our 7 year old especially loved the pool, which did get shade in the afternoon. Close to a local coffee stand, shopping and restaurants.

A very charming house. Contact with the manager is very good. Clean and comfortable. Great mattresses for sleeping. The only downside was that they were tearing down a concrete fence in the neighborhood...

Great Villa to share with a large number of people

This Villa is a great option for a large number of people. We had 8 people and it was perfect. The large grass area around the pool was great for extra sun beds that we requested. Separate lockable rooms meant we could do our own thing. The location at first seemed a bit out of the way but once you get your bearings it was fine. Staff super friendly and helped with every request even blowing up the pool toys for kids. Would definitely recommend.

The villa was in a good location and great sized swimming pool. It did seem a little tired considering the cost per night. 3 of 5 air cons needed maintenance 2 of 5 needed fixing twice. The management team were very vague and were not up to the ususal friendly Bali service we had receved at our previous 4 villas on our 3 week vacation.

Unforgettable Bali Getaway

We recently celebrated milestone birthdays with a girls' trip to this stunning villa in Seminyak, Bali, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and exceptional service made us feel like royalty. The chef's culinary skills left us speechless, and every meal was a delight. The villa itself was a perfect blend of modern luxury and Balinese charm, with spacious rooms and open-air bathrooms. The private pool and lush garden were idyllic. The villa's central location allowed easy access to Seminyak's best restaurants, shops, and beaches. Our stay was a perfect mix of relaxation and celebration, and we left with cherished memories. Whether for a girls' trip, romance, or family vacation, I highly recommend this villa. It's a slice of Balinese paradise that will leave you with unforgettable memories.

INCREDIBLE VILLA

The photos do not do this villa justice. From the second we arrived we were instantly impressed. The villa is extremely spacious with each bedroom being a great size plus having their own bathrooms as well. The pool and surrounding area is the best. We spent so much time sitting out by the pool enjoying the warm Bali weather. The villa is in an ideal spot with a short walk to the main streets in Seminyak while also being extremely private. Ivan contacted me the morning of our arrival to introduce himself which I thought was a really personal touch, he was so helpful throughout our stay. The cleaners come every day and do a fantastic job - thank you Ketut and Nova. Our stay at Villa Baladeva was amazing and you will not regret staying here. Thank you again for making our visit to Bali one to remember!

A Slice of Paradise: Villa Baladeva Sets the Gold Standard for Group Stays in BaliA Slice of Parad

From the moment we arrived at Villa Baladeva, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an incredible week with friends in Bali. Our host, Jess, greeted us with a bright smile and a delightful surprise: a beautifully arranged tray of fresh fruit, tea, and chocolates—an instant mood-setter after our flight. The villa itself was immaculate, both in design and maintenance. The team’s commitment to quality was evident—they proactively fixed a couple of minor issues (a shower head and a wall stain) without hesitation, showing how much they cared about the guest experience. Every day, the villa and the pool were cleaned thoroughly, keeping the place spotless and refreshing. The attention to detail was unmatched. What stood out most was the attitude of the staff—consistently friendly, always smiling, and willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was helping with luggage, offering a late checkout, or just saying hello, nothing was too much trouble. Their genuine hospitality made us feel more like family than guests. The location was perfect—tucked away just enough for peace and privacy, yet close enough to enjoy Bali’s vibrant offerings. Combined with the luxurious, well-appointed villa, it made for the perfect base for our group. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Villa Baladeva isn’t just accommodation—it’s an experience we’ll all remember. Would return in a heartbeat.
