The studio is situated on the grounds of an authentic dike farm, with sheep, fruit trees, and tall poplars, right on the River Waal. The apartment is accessible via an external staircase (stable shared with one other studio) and has a private entrance, ensuring you enjoy plenty of privacy. The one-room apartment is a pleasant space, well-insulated, and features central heating. The room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable double bed (or two separate single beds if desired) and a small table with two chairs, a lovely place to read or simply relax. The kitchenette is practical and fully equipped for a short stay, with a two-burner stove, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee maker. The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available; there is no television. Outside, the garden of the dike farm invites you to enjoy yourself. There are several cosy seating areas where you can relax with a view of the greenery.
