Great location, peaceful & serene setting. The room within the main house has its own Private entrance to your cozy ensuite master bedroom with private bath and walk-in shower. Queen bed, with additional queen sofa sleeper, wifi, cable with flat screen, coffee maker, fridge, bbq and use of the deck. Surrounded by redwoods & pines.

Note: 2 day minimum stay and 1-2 person maximum to book.

20 mins. from SFO or beautiful San Francisco. walking distance to hiking trails, cafe, food store, churches, tennis courts, library, and gas station.

Perfect location for beach activities such as beach combing, surfing or kayaking. Or exploring our southern coast like Half moon bay, Santa Cruz or Monterey bay. Going north gets you to the redwoods, and wine country.

Amazing host

The property fits exactly the description, it is very cozy, easily accessible, in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood. Excellent view (for those who like nature), and all the listed amenities work perfectly. We loved it. The host is an extremely attentive, generous and discreet person, accessible at all times, and informed about the attractions of the area. Other people occasionally in charge of the property were also very attentive and friendly. Our stay was great, and we would love to enjoy the place again, which I totally recommend. In particular, we were very grateful and impressed by the kindness and warm welcome of the owner.

Holiday Escape

We had a great stay. We rented the Park Pacifica room which was close to family for Christmas. Nice to have somewhere close and still have our own place.

Quiet and comfortable. Great location

Edwin was a warm and welcoming guest that made us feel at home. He checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and was very easy to communicate with. The room was quiet and cozy and very comfortable. The location is superb! Not far from downtown or the beach or the coast highway.

I am a retired corporate video producer. I've lived in Pacifica since 1973 and love it so much I can't seem to leave. I'd like to share this special place with you if you come and visit. I teach photography classes at the Sanchez art center and stay busy exploring our beautiful coast line. My hobbies include kayaking and stand up paddle boarding as well as tennis and bike riding.

Why they chose this property

The room I'm renting is part of the main house but has its own private entrance as well as bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet. It feels like you have your own place because of that. You will have access to the deck and an eating and sitting area to enjoy sipping coffee in the morning or just sitting to read, a barbecue is available. The location is in the Sunbelt of Pacifica so it is much warmer than other areas of Pacifica. It is quiet and serene surrounded by redwoods and Pine trees. It is a great place to relax in a great location for hiking and outdoor activities.

What makes this property unique

Great price for the quality. Plenty of free parking in front of the house, the location is walking distance to the Gem of Pacifica, the San Pedro Valley Park with miles of hiking trails, visitor center, birding and wildlife viewing. Beaches and surfing 5 min. from the house. The house is in the sunbelt of Pacifica, it is much warmer than other parts of Pacifica. Peaceful and quiet. Welcome!
