I am a retired corporate video producer. I've lived in Pacifica since 1973 and love it so much I can't seem to leave. I'd like to share this special place with you if you come and visit. I teach photography classes at the Sanchez art center and stay busy exploring our beautiful coast line. My hobbies include kayaking and stand up paddle boarding as well as tennis and bike riding.
Why Edwin chose Park Pacifica
The room I'm renting is part of the main house but has its own private entrance as well as bathroom with walk-in shower. It feels like you have your own place because of that. You will have access to the deck and an eating area to enjoy sipping coffee in the morning or just sitting to read, a barbecue is available. The location is in the Sunbelt of Pacifica so it is much warmer than other areas. It is quiet and serene surrounded by redwoods and Pinetree's. It is a great place to relax in a great location for hiking and outdoor activities.
What makes this House unique
Great price for the quality. Plenty of free parking in front of the house, the location is walking distance to the Gem of Pacifica, the San Pedro Valley Park with miles of hiking trails, visitor center, birding and wildlife viewing. Beaches and surfing 5 min. from the house. The house is in the sunbelt of Pacifica, it is much warmer than other parts of Pacifica. Peaceful and quiet. Welcome!

This studio was a comfortable place to stay with every convenience for travelers provided by our amiable host. I appreciated the coffee pot, toaster, microwave and refrigerator for good start to each day. The shower was great and the toilet washlet an added luxury. The neighborhood is quiet.
Easily accessible to San Francisco and UCSF which was our reason for traveling. Comfortable bed and very quiet. We did not see anyone else during our two day stay although we did hear the property dog once (which we didn't mind at all - we love dogs.)
Great location _ worked well for us. Would return in future.
Would stay as one of our choices whemn going to HMB . Only Critizism bed was too soft for my liking!
THE PERFECT STAY!
If I am ever in the area again, this will be THE ONLY place I stay. It was PERFECT. Everything my husband and I needed was already provided. Edwin does out of his way to ensure his guests feel welcomed and at home. Quiet neighborhood, nice and clean space, a few snacks, water and coffee already provided, beautiful scenery, and it was nice and warm even with cooler temperatures outside.
THE PERFECT STAY. Don't look any further.
It was a pleasure to host you and your husband. We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us. We believe in the saying, "A joy shared is a joy doubled".
We hope to see you again in the near future.

Nice Place, Nice Location, Perfectly Clean and Comfy
The accommodations, location, and owner (Edwin), were all very nice. Perfectly clean room, spacious shower, comfortable bed. Everything was perfect, until the local electric company shut the power to about 2 million customers, us included. (this was due to wildfires in the San Francisco area....no fault at all to Edwin or his house). The power was shut on our 2nd day, at which point we relocated to San Francisco, where power had not been shut off. Edwin graciously refunded the money for the remaining days of our trip. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
Hi Tony, Thanks for the great review. Unfortunately for thousands of us including you were affected by the power outage. Please do visit us again in the future.
Everything went very well. Edwin was more than helpful. Definitely recommend and will stay again in future if needed
We are in a great location for not only peace and quiet, but midway to great sightseeing locations. To the north is beautiful San Francisco, across the golden gate bridge is Muir Woods, Pt. Reyes wilderness, Tomales Bay, and the wine country of Napa Sonoma.
To the south is the beautiful coastline to explore and cities like Half Moon Bay, Monterey, Carmel Valley, and Big Sur. Staying right here in Pacifica can offer you beaches, surfing, kayaking and hiking its many ocean view trails.
