Nestled in the Apulian countryside, this beautiful, recently renovated villa is fully fenced. It represents the perfect fusion of tradition and modern comfort.
On the outside, every detail is designed to offer relaxation and absolute privacy. A majestic stone wall surrounds the villa, creating a protected and private oasis. Protagonist of the outdoor spaces is an infinity pool with whirlpool corner, flanked by an elegant piano bar for unforgettable convivial moments. Three masonry beds with pillows and umbrellas provide the ultimate in comfort.
 
Behind the stonework, in a discreet and private area, there is also an outdoor bathroom and shower, ideal for cooling off after a day in the sun.
 
The heart of the property is an authentic three-cone trullo, finely restored, which conveys all the magic and identity of the area.
Labitazione opens into a large and bright living room with vaulted ceilings, where kitchen area and living room merge into a single, refined convivial space.
The sleeping area consists of three cozy rooms: 1 triple room with double bed + single bed that can be opened, with an enchanting view of the pool; 1 double room with en suite bathroom, located inside the trullo, with access through a glass door to an extra large shower; 1 room with 140 cm French bed , also with en suite bathroom, also perfect for a couple.

Villa Ulivo stands in the countryside of San Michele Salentino, in an area of authentic beauty dotted with ancient trulli and made green by olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation.
The
villa is less than 2 km from the center of San Michele, a small town in
the province of Brindisi where all the main services are present.
For
larger groups up to 12 beds, Villa Ulivo it can be combined for rent
with Trullo Pumo with Jacuzzi and 5 beds, located next door. 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning not available in every bedroom.
