About this property

Holidayhome close to the beach, fenced garden & dog welcome

Our beautiful holiday home is located in the small-scale bungalow park "Callantsogervaart," with nine peacefully situated houses, just 950 meters from the beach.

The garden surrounding the house is 170m² and fully enclosed by a fence, ideal for children to play in or for your dog. From the picnic table, you have a view of a beautiful bulb field when the flowers are in bloom.

The south-facing terrace has a sunshade for warm summer days, and you can also enjoy shelter from the wind behind the wall, allowing you to step outside as soon as the first rays of sunshine appear.



If you'd like to relax in the garden, perhaps with a good book, take a seat on the comfortable loungers. Even in the early morning, with the first rays of sunshine, it's wonderful to relax with a cup of coffee or tea, enjoying the peace and quiet and the birdsong.

The house features a living room with a spacious open-plan kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, and refrigerator. The living area includes a TV with DVD player, radio/CD player, and a comfortable corner sofa. A washing machine is available in the utility room.



On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with wonderfully comfortable beds: one with a double SWISS SENSE box spring, one with two single SWISS SENSE box spring beds (placed together), and one with freestanding beds.



A high chair and travel cot are available.



Free Wi-Fi is available.

In the garden shed, you'll find a patio set and a barbecue, and two free bicycles are also available.



You can walk to the beach or drive to the beach, which you can park in a free and spacious parking lot. You can also bring your bicycle; you can store it for free at the top of the beach entrance.



Beach walks, horseback riding, a day trip to Texel, or cycling through the beautiful bulb fields are all possible during your holiday.



If you'd like to swim, you can do so in the indoor, communal pool at the adjacent recreation park.

Perfect in every way!

This house really has it all and is ideally located for exploring this area of the Netherlands. The facilities are excellent and the house is very well equipped for all our needs. We took advantage of the two bikes to explore the immediate area which soon made us feel a part of the local community. We can not recommend this property highly enough and would seriously consider staying here again.

Everything you need in the perfect location

Overall the property is a great choice for families and very suitable for dogs and young children. We loved: -fenced in, secure and large, well-maintained garden -garden shed with BBQ, bikes, kids garden games -kitchen with everything you need (the oven is a microwave/convection oven and we baked a cake and roasted pumpkin with no trouble at all) -plenty of space downstairs -plenty of crockery, cutlery, glass ware, utensils plus coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge + freezer -baby gate at the top of the stairs -comfortable furniture and beds What could be improved: -the bedrooms look a little old and could do with a re-paint -inside the kitchen cupboards need a deeper clean What is useful for others to know: -the property is in a fantastic location, however, for dog walks directly from the house, once you leave the quiet area where the house is located, there is a road. It's not too busy and not loud, but there's no footpath. Head out of the property and turn left, there's a dog path a few hundred metres along the road (dogs are even allowed off leash).

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus nah am Strand

Das Haus liegt am Südrand von Julianadorp in einem kleinen Bungalowpark mit neun Häuschen. Es ist optimal ausgestattet und hat einen sehr großen Garten, der rund herum umzäunt ist. Man kann auf drei Seiten sitzen oder liegen, sodass man immer nach Belieben Schatten oder Sonne hat. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und außer dem Bad noch ein separates WC. Küchengeräte, Stühle und Liegen im Garten und sogar Fahrräder - ist es einfach alles da Ein Hund findet dort ein wahres Paradies vor: er kann sich im Garten austoben, und der Kilometer-lange Hundestrand beginnt kurz hinter dem Strandzugang, sodass er nach Belieben laufen und mit anderen Hunden spielen kann. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es noch einen Weg für einen kurzen Spaziergang, auf dem Hunde frei laufen dürfen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Check-in erfolgt unkompliziert über den Nachbarn oder einen Schlüsselkasten. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub ist das Haus genau richtig! So lange Strandabschnitte, an denen rein gar nichts los ist, findet man selten.

Tolle Lage, super für Hundehalter!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit super Ausstattung in Feldrandlage. Der Garten ist sehr groß, komplett eingezäunt und ideal für Hunde. Zum wunderschönen Strand braucht man ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß, anderenfalls ist vor den Dünen noch ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen wurde innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir fanden auch das Sofa und die Esszimmerstühle sehr bequem. Das Haus ist gut gelegen und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick vom Garten aus. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und stets lösungsorientiert. Wir haben bei Fragen immer schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Wunderschöne Hyazinthen Felder in der Umgebung, sowie der nahe Strand waren unglaublich toll. Ausflüge mit dem Auto nach Alkmaar können wir auch empfehlen.
