Nostos Villa – A Timeless Retreat in Nature

Villa Nostos is a charming, classic retreat that beautifully combines traditional architecture with comfort and elegance. Built with natural materials such as wood and stone, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. This spacious villa is ideal for groups, offering a relaxing and memorable escape that will leave you longing to return.



Villa Nostos comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and three with twin beds (one of which can be converted into a double bedroom). There is also a guest bathroom and a separate shower room. The large living area, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space provide the perfect setting for shared meals and gatherings. Each bedroom opens onto a private balcony with lovely views.



On the first floor, you will find an open-plan space featuring a double bed and an additional balcony. An extra guest can be accommodated comfortably on a folding or air bed.



The villa’s expansive outdoor areas are a true highlight. With multiple terraces, a generous lounge area, a shaded outdoor dining space, a welcoming swimming pool, and barbecue facilities, Villa Nostos offers endless opportunities to relax, socialize, and enjoy outdoor living. Set on four acres of land, the property ensures complete privacy and ample space for everyone to unwind.



Please note that the swimming pool is not heated, so the water temperature depends on weather conditions. Guests have full private access to all areas of the villa, both indoors and outdoors.



House heating is available through the air-conditioning units at no extra charge. Central heating via radiators is also available upon request for an additional fee of €35 per day, payable in cash. Please note that radiator heating must be requested at least one day in advance.



Villa Nostos is just a few kilometers from the sea, slightly outside the village of Prinos, and 3 km from Skaleta, where you’ll find groceries, traditional tavernas, and all essential amenities.



A car is highly recommended to explore the island. Private parking is available on the property for your convenience.
