My wife and I had a wonderful stay here as a getaway without the kids! It was warm, inviting, and matched the listing description to a T. Very helpful and friendly welcoming staff! Would definitely stay here in the future! You just can't beat the convenience!
Great location to the slopes and all the village action. Fully equipped kitchen, clean rooms and building.
Nice little hot tub for apres ski. Great stay.
Passed on taking a shower the first day because the water ran cold for 1/2 hour. Called property manager twice about the issue before they sent someone to check it out. The "solution" was to run hot water at every faucet for 20 minutes before using hot water because supply lines run near outside walls (and it was cold outside). That worked, but it wastes a lot of water! The hallway was a mess because they were in the process of repainting (but no work performed during the week of our stay.) Ended up with a backache from sleeping on a too soft mattress.
Fantastic location and super cosy. And the team at SkyRun are awesome. They’ll definitely be our go-to next time we’re looking to rent a place in Copper.
We rented in Copper Mountain Center Village. The booking and check-in were great, with terrific communication on directions and process. Room was very clean, well-stocked, and just the right cozy size for being close to all the action.
This was a great unit with an even better location. Easy 2 min walk to access to American Flyer and Eagle. Restaurants and shops right outside the door. The unit was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. We will definitely rent again.
Our place was centrally located. Even with the heat off, we could not cool off the place without opening windows. Since we had windows open, the loud people outside of our building kept us up to 3 am one night.
Pro: centrally located, great access to lifts, shops, restaurants, etc.
Con: centrally located, can be a lot of noisy traffic outside if you retire early or are a light sleeper.
Otherwise, no complaints.
The apartment is a 3-min walk to East Village American Eagle lift! The views of the village shops & the large windows were my fav. things! Has a (small) gym/sauna/steamroom, (large) hot tub, tall ski locker, parking garage & laundry! Easy check-in/out.Kitchen & comfort was great. The kitchen had all the utensils & appliances. The mattresses were comfortable & kitchen/bathroom have been updated. Stocked w/ paper towels, tpee, garbage bags, towels, etc. only neg. is the kitchen cabinets were packed leaving no room for our food. I used the baskets from the bedroom to organize groceries.Storage a letdown. The only closet was filled w/vacuum, broom, extra sheets :-(. Only 4 hangers. Managing our clothes & gear for 3 was challenging. We pack light but not that light. Also, the main room cabinet was also stuffed w/blankets & SHEETS!! Under bed was full too. They did have plenty of hooks for hanging clothes and ski gear which we used everyone.Temperature control was too hot. Even w/ heat off the apartment felt sweltering so we had to open windows to cool down. Too hot to use the fireplace. Made it hard to dry our wet gloves and gear :-). The bathtub drain was slow and I was standing in inches of water by end of a shower. The pull up on tub faucet didn’t work properly - water still came out of the faucet causing low pressure from the shower head.Would rent again if they clear out the closet, make space in cabs, clean carpets better, & fix bathtub drainage & diverter.
Skyrun Group (the property management company that you pick your keys up from) were super friendly and very helpful. They offered suggestions on places to eat around the area. We had an issue with our key and they volunteered to bring a new one to us which was super nice!
The property itself was perfect! The location couldn't be better. You're steps away from the the lifts. The patio looks at the center of the village but luckily the noise doesn't carry up to the room. The couch pulls out into a bed but I wouldn't recommend sleeping on it. We will definitely be back

Taylor’s Crossing Copper CO Unit 312
Here is the list and not great, very unhappy and been going to Copper for 20 years:
1. checked in after hours and all good but then:
2. Wi-Fi and cable not working first night and wasn’t fixed until next day, and made doing my work tough
3. Moldy shower curtain
4. Toilet needed plunging often and flushing was problem and would make noises through shower pipes when it did finally
5. Oven door broken
6. Heaters so loud tough to sleep
7. Day of check out which is 10 AM, somebody opened our door without knocking at 8:15 AM
8. Elevators were down twice and we were forced to use stairs often as they are so so slow when working
9. Laundry QR code doesn’t work
10. Main bedroom bed small
Sorry I don’t have time to write a proper eloquent email but this wasn’t a place I would never rent this unit or from Sky Run again.
