Óptima relação preço/qualidade, numa óptima localização Positive: A localização, a relação preço qu

Great value for money, in a great location : The location, the value for money, and the fact that it has a kitchenette. On arrival, everything was clean and in good working order. The keycode entry system is also very handy. There are no towel rails. And as I didn’t want to be a nuisance and use the same towels for all four nights we stayed there, I had to hang the towels on the shower partition and a chair. The room was only superficially cleaned during our stay. Please note for people with walking difficulties. We were on the second floor and the steps are very steep and narrow.

Thank you, Marie, for sharing your experience. It's great to hear that you found our property to be a great value for money and appreciated the convenient location and kitchenette. We are glad the keycode entry system made your stay easier. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the absence of towel rails and the challenges with the steep stairs. Your feedback on housekeeping has been noted, and the team will be looking into this to ensure a more thorough clean during guests' stays. Thank you for your valuable feedback, and we hope to welcome you back soon. GuestReady Team

Estancia perfecta Positive: Ubicación. Limpieza. Cama amplia. Utensilios cocina. Opción de acondici

Perfect stay : Location. Cleanliness. Spacious bed. Kitchen utensils. Daily room cleaning included in the price, which is unusual for a studio/apartment. Overall comfort. Everything is very new as it’s a recent build, but there are many details which, with heavy use by guests, could cause problems and lead to premature wear and tear. There is no shower towel hook. The lever on the kitchen tap is coming loose. The wall-mounted cabinet in the bathroom is very crooked and looks as though it’s about to fall down. There is damp on the window and wall facing the street, causing a strong musty smell unless you keep the window open practically all the time or have the heating on to dry it out. We notified the management and they cleaned it that day, but two days later it was exactly the same. The smell won’t go away unless the problem is sorted out at source. Otherwise, the flat is very nice
