Situated in a peaceful residential area and just a short 400mt walk to the beach, the apartment is composed of a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a full bathroom with a shower box, and a sunny living area equipped with a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a lovely furnished balcony. It can accommodate up to five guests and features a TV-sat, a safe, and A/C is available at an extra daily cost (check below). The residence also includes one dedicated parking space for each apartment and offers serine communal areas with picnic tables and benches, as well as a small playground forchildren. Please note, there is no lift in the building.
