Studio apartment of 26 sqm located on the 3rd floor of a building with NO elevator (stairs required), perfect for 2 people.

The apartment is located near Piazza della Frutta, the Clock Tower and Piazza dei Signori, in an enviable location. The apartment is furnished with every comfort, perfect for those who want to explore the city in complete comfort!



We are in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), with no private parking. Paid parking is at the Piazza Insurrezione car park (260 meters away).



The interior space is organized as follows:



- KITCHENETTE with two-burner electric stove, dining table and chairs, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, microwave oven, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM/LIVING AREA with double bed, bedside tables, 32 Smart TV, mirror, wardrobe, split A/C;

- BATHROOM (with 3 internal steps) with shower, sink, toilet.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:

Unlimited WiFi, heating and air conditioning via split A/C with heat pump, opaque curtains, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.



Cribs and cribs available upon request (€50 surcharge);



High chair available upon request (€30 surcharge).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua, amounting to EUR 2,50, for the first 5 nights.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service Alloggiati Web which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.



For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 3pm to 9pm).



For check-ins from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM, to be made at the apartment, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival:

EUR 30 from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 50 from 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM

Check-in after 1:00 AM is not possible, even for a fee.



Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Padua's city center is steeped in history, starting with the astronomical clock.

Just go down the stairs and you'll find quaint restaurants, places to enjoy an aperitivo, or delicious pastry shops and ice cream parlors.

The best way to get around the city center to visit monuments and museums is by bicycle or on foot. The city is also well-served by buses and a tram line.

For those arriving at the station, the most convenient bus is the U10: the apartment is just an 8-minute ride away.

Furthermore, the most beautiful cities in the area, such as Venice, Vicenza, Verona, and not to mention Bassano del Grappa and Marostica, are well-connected.



- From Padova FS Station, take the U10 bus and get off at the Emanuele Filiberto 36 stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment;



- From Venice Marco Polo Airport, take the E015-V bus and get off at the Padova Autostazione stop. From there, take the U10 bus and get off at the Emanuele Filiberto 36 stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment;



- If you're traveling by car, the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) with no private parking. Paid parking is available at the Piazza Insurrezione Parking Area (260 meters away).
