The fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with contemporary appliances and a breakfast bar, makes self-catering easy whether you’re preparing family breakfasts or evening entertaining.

Pheasants Haunt offers four spacious bedrooms arranged over two floors:



Ground Floor

- Family bedroom with a super king-size bed (can be made into twins on request) plus an additional single bed

- Double bedroom overlooking the rear garden

- Family bathroom with panelled bath and shower over, ideal for accessibility



First Floor

- Super king-size bedroom with views over the steam railway

- King-size bedroom with a cabin bed suitable for a child

- Family bathroom with bath and shower over

Outdoor Living & Private Heated Pool



One of the standout features of Pheasants Haunt is its large wrap-around garden, a rare find for a coastal property in this location.



During warmer months, guests can enjoy the private heated outdoor swimming pool (available April to end of September) — perfect for morning swims, lazy afternoons or cooling off after the beach. A shower room and changing facilities add extra convenience. The pool can be made available to use outside these months at an additional cost.



The outdoor entertaining area includes:

- TV and fridge for relaxed evenings

There is also private parking for up to five cars, making group stays easy and stress-free.
