Casa Eugenio is an apartment that is located very close to the Arenzano waterfront, the beaches and the town center where you can find everything you need to meet your needs: from shops to bars and ice cream parlors, from restaurants to the supermarket. Thanks to the easy access to the condominium and the accommodation as well as the easy and flat outdoor paths, this structure is particularly suitable for families with children or disabled people.
A few meters from the house, you will find the entrance to the park of Villa Figoli which, thanks to the centuries-old trees, offers summer coolness and evening entertainment.
The space (description of the structure)
With its 65 square meters, Casa Eugenio has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Thanks to the absence of external architectural barriers and the elevator that will take you directly to the first floor, Casa Eugenio will welcome you with a large entrance from which you can access the kitchen complete with accessories. The living room has a single sofa bed and a TV. The double bedroom and the bathroom with shower houses the washing machine. The house is suitable for three people. The structure is completed by a perimeter balcony that will allow you to spend pleasant moments outdoors.
Additional services include air conditioning and bed and bath linen.
Pets are allowed.
Nearby you will find free or paid parking in the blue areas.
It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties.
