In the heart of the village of La Flotte en Ré and all its amenities (shops, daily market, port, beach, cycle paths ...), this house will bring you comfort and serenity for your holidays.

Able to accommodate up to 4 people in the greatest comfort, the house has its private courtyard, its garden furniture, overlooking a small pedestrian lane (called venelle des Révellins).

On foot or by bike, you will never be far from cycle paths or walking paths by the sea to stroll or even explore the ten small villages of the Ile de Ré ...

Home equipment:
- Living room: a sofa, 1 table for 4-6 people, flat screen color television.
- Kitchen equipment: fridge, freezer, traditional oven, 4 gas hobs, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans, and full service for 6 people, ironing board and iron.
- Ground floor bedroom: 1 double bed 160x190 cm (or two single beds), wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.
- Upstairs bedroom: 2 single beds of 90 cm (or a double bed), bedside lamps.

Magnifique. Temps ensoleillé. Balades en vélo sur le périphérique des vélos pour aller sur des plages que ce soit à Saint Martin de ré ou la course sur mer le bois plage en ré. Et les autres plages. Balades dans le village La Flotte.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au clos des flots. Le logement est idéalement placé,très proche des commerces tout en étant calme. Benjamin est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique. Il fait en sorte que le séjour se passe au mieux et que l’on se sente bien. La petite terrasse est très appréciable. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour, Benjamin nous a très bien accueilli. Il était présent lors de notre arrivée, très sympathique, dévoué et réactif, car nous avions oublié les draps et serviettes… Il a de suite trouvé une solution… Encore un grand MERCI!!! Das Haus ist klein, hat aber alles, was man benötigt. Fahrräder konnten wir direkt günstig mitmieten. Die Lage ist top. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Hafen von La Flotte mit vielen netten Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche.

LE TOP !!

Excellente semaine de vacances. Logement conforme à l'annonce, propre clean net, proche du centre ville et bord de mer. Tout se fait à pied ou en vélo .. et le top c'est l'arrêt de bus "la vierge" à 50 m ce qui facilite les déplacements (écologiques et certains gratuits !) dans l'île et même pour la Rochelle (10 euros par personne aller-retour). Nous faisons la pub autour de nous pour cette adresse et le bon contact avec le propriétaire .

Situé à La Flotte dans un cadre très calme est un parfait lieu de résidence. Le logement est très bien équipé, un seul bémol s'il existe une machine Expresso il manque la cafetière. Nous en avons acheté une une et tout va bien . Par contre un micro-ondes serait le bienvenu. Sinon c'était parfait. A conseiller.

Un super séjour

Location très agréable , très bien située dans la Flotte. Tout était très propre et les propriétaires très accueillants et à l’écoute. L’escalier qui mène à la chambre à l’étage est un peu raide par contre .. y penser si vous souhaitez y faire dormir des enfants très petits (mais nos filles de 6 et 8 ans y ont dormi sans souci et ont adoré leur chambre !)
