Wir waren die ersten Mieter des Hauses. Da wir Anfang April reisten, war der Preis relativ günstig. Wir waren 5 Personen, bis zu 10 waren möglich. Es gab kleinere Probleme, die aber idR schnell gelöst wurden (z.B. defekter Wasserkocher). Die Ausstattung war alles in allem in Ordnung, allerdings war der Geschirrspüler für ein Haus dieser Größe etwas überfordert, da wir öfters selbst gekocht haben. Auch die Ausstattung mit Küchenwerkzeugen (Besteck) wirkte eher zusammengewürfelt. Die Lage war für diese Jahreszeit gut, in der Hauptsaison könnten zumindest 2 der Schlafzimmer etwas laut sein. Für mich waren die Betten ok, einige von uns fanden sie etwas hart.Wichtige Empfehlung: wenn man mit Mietwagen anreist (nicht zwingend erforderlich, da die nächste Bushaltestelle vielleicht 50m entfernt ist), sollte dieser nicht zu groß sein. Es gibt zwar eine gute Parkmöglichkeit, allerdings hat, wie häufig auf Korfu, die Einfahrt eine Kurve an einer durchaus steilen Stelle sowie hohe Seitenmauern, das war mit einem Siebensitzer bergauf eine Herausforderung. Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter / Vermieter hat vorbildlich funktioniert.
